Peace & Unrest is a Sims fan blog. When a download is for the Sims 3, the post will state so clearly in the title. The archives above will lead you to older posts and custom content for the Sims 2. You are free to do anything you want with my creations, just drop me a line via .

To make things simpler (or get you totally lost in the maze that is this blog):
annoyance || apartment || bedroom || desktop || dining || i have a life outside the sims || kitchen || living || misc || non-download || obsessing || outdoor || patio || pattern || picture story || skin - af || study || sims 4 only || sims 3 only || sims 1 only.

There is always a bunch of things I seem to like at a particular point in time - be it a week or two weeks, maybe longer. Yes, I go through phases. It is only fitting that there should be some not-so-frequent posts about these obsessions.

book. Margaret Atwood's Moral Disorder has to be the best book I have read this year. She has a really cool, detached yet benign/soft way of writing about her characters.

FF theme. I should probably become a salesman for Firefox; it is my favorite browser and I keep raving about it. This theme just made it 10 times sweeter to look at [still haven't given up on sweet ;)]

music. Band of Horses makes wicked indie whiney music. They have great vocals with sublime music, and this is my current favorite song.

check out 1, 2, and 3.
