Edwyn Collins - A Girl Like You The movement of identity from student to unemployed graduate is, in one word, BORING. Also the insane heat in this part of the world does not help anything. All it gives me is plenty of time and strategy for my pixelated peeps. This retro dining set by the now-dead Najimu website, has always been a favorite of mine. The only thing I didn't like was the tacky palette on offer. I like to tone things down a notch (or two) for my game, and that makes the odds of a lime green dining table being placed in one of my houses next to none. This set includes red and black versions of the chair, and additionally a third white one for the table. That means recolors of: table x 3 chair x 2 salt and pepper shakers painting (Nightlife - Four Vegetables) painting (Seasons - Gram's Needlework) little cat rug (Nightlife - Thirsty bath mat) + collection file that makes it easy to find everything in one place + all meshes inclusive All this typing makes me feel like I could use a couple of showers, so I'm just going to leave you with the download link and a good wish for your day. downloadMonday, January 17, 2011
No One Killed Jessica OST - Dilli Dilli Set is composed of a sofa and table from Najimu's newest livingroom, plus some things to put on the walls, using the much-loved half wall mesh by Aikea Guinea; namely: - two posters - one weeping red face - a line that reads : if only you were lonely - cutouts x 5, reindeer and trees in different colors. download sofa and table (must get meshes here) | download wall pasted items (mesh included) | download collection file (if you so please).Labels: living Thursday, December 2, 2010

Recolors for Mira's KWBK set, includes chair [master mesh], table, lamp, deco. bowls and frame w/ books. Must get meshes here. downloadSaturday, February 6, 2010
An eclectic set of sorts, with some bird-themed prints on the fabric - because I like birds. How can anyone not like birds? Fish I can still understand, but birds? Includes a worn-out recolor for the sofa, with bright cushions to make up for the neutral toned fabric; a checkered and somewhat less old armchair [Sims in Paris]; and the papers on the wall [x4, Aikea Guinea] Includes meshes + collection file. rug not available - yet. I saw Youth in Revolt a couple of days back. Loved it. Michael Cera is brilliant. Also saw Whip It with Ellen Page [more love] last week, which was also fairly good. So it's been like watching Juno all over again... sort of. On with the update. The usual hodge-podge of things I recolor and put together to make some semblance of a set. Table [8-3 studio], illustrations on the wall [numbered 1 and 2 above], painting [number 3, requires Seasons], cushion [Parsimonious] and rug [Freetime]. + collection file + all meshes included; credits to creators obviously. downloadPlease note that you need Freetime for the rug and Seasons for the painting - otherwise they will not show up in your game. Retro-modern recolors for Simcredible's 'Fly to a Dream' mesh set Includes recolors of sofa, coffeetable, sideboard and two for the magazine stack [both pictured]. Must get meshes here. [last set on the page; don't forget to get the collection file from the same page!] This set took quite a while in the making, with an occasional tweak here and there. I tried my best to get the shadows right, still... as for the title, I guess it's just because I was thinking of Thanksgiving [although in this part of the world we celebrate Eid this time of the year]. Hope you like it. The vases are part of the coffeetable, same for the paintings and vases on the sideboard. For the magazines I used an OMSP. Labels: living Saturday, November 14, 2009
