♪♫ The Vines - Spaceship
Download contains recolor of bed and seven poster recolors for the Sims 2. I made these for personal use in a house that you might get to see (and download?) soon. Fun fact: the room as seen below is not from that house. Yay. Includes meshes by kativip and Aikea Guinea. Recolors are of bed and wall posters only. Other shenanigans are merely decorative. Sorry if you find them distracting. Link to file, as usual, is at the end of the post. downloadleave a comment? (

Today I can offer you recolors of Nanu's bed pillows (*edit* if they don't show up in your game, please download the new file below, and replace old file with this one. I'm really sorry!) Sims in Paris's hanging chair Nemestnaya's canvas x 3 and a rug recolor for Organically Atomic rug, Pets EP required. Two months of hiatus and we're back to the Sims 2. I feel so fickle right about now... on with the update! To step back into creating stuff for Sims 2, I decided to start with objects that are my personal favorites. Such as the 8-3 studio Girl's Room set. I could go on about how innovate the meshes are, how cool they look scattered about etc.. but all I'll say is these objects are wonderful, a little challenging to recolor and give you so many possibilites to play around with. Just as many words, so I don't know what my point was... This is my second time doing the same set (find the first set of recolors here), and you have recolors of: bag w/ spilling contents, notebook, cushion, stack of magazines and small paper bag (recolored here to read Tarojaya fast food). Papers on the wall should be available soon. Must get meshes here. That's basically it.. five small recolors makes one meager offering, but I will try and be more regular with the updates - provided that you like this one. If you don't comment I'll never know. Some really useless recolors to clutter up them homes. One .rar contains a messier version of the Around the Sims artist palette [see image for comparison]. Must get mesh here. The second contains four recolors of Simply Styling's wall-hanging feather mesh... what purpose they serve, I don't know. But they do look nice with a dreamcatcher, or any other folksy interior environment. For this one, the mesh is included. Have a good Sunday. Welcome, welcome! Step right in, make yourself comfortable. Do wipe your feet on the way, though.
Welcome mats [or just plain little rugs] to add that little personal quirk to your virtual thresholds; recolors of the Gleeful Welcome mat, Open For Business is required! The text reads: Check your baggage at the door [red] Carpet Diem [yellow] Magic Carpet in training [blue] the key to my heart I keep under this rug [beige] credits to Urban Outfitters. I saw Youth in Revolt a couple of days back. Loved it. Michael Cera is brilliant. Also saw Whip It with Ellen Page [more love] last week, which was also fairly good. So it's been like watching Juno all over again... sort of. On with the update. The usual hodge-podge of things I recolor and put together to make some semblance of a set. Table [8-3 studio], illustrations on the wall [numbered 1 and 2 above], painting [number 3, requires Seasons], cushion [Parsimonious] and rug [Freetime]. + collection file + all meshes included; credits to creators obviously. downloadPlease note that you need Freetime for the rug and Seasons for the painting - otherwise they will not show up in your game. Wheee it may not be snowing outside my window, but there sure is snow on my blog! polaroids About twenty recolors of Aikea's mesh, which is included. Also includes the twin camera cutouts you see below. Each recolor is a little cluster of photos. A variety of images have been included so I hope you can find something that suits your taste. I have included a folder with the texture PNGs and names so that you can filter out the ones you don't want. credits 1 2 3 chairs Just a couple of recolors for a really nifty chair mesh from an equally nifty site [too bad it doesn't update anymore]. Must get mesh from Babbyebe Sims here. Comments I love, so do leave some behind on your way out! Labels: misc |
