I think  I'm slightly hooked onto TS1 again... is that weird? Somehow, its wonderful - the game's insanely fast on this laptop, no lags or choppy graphics. Plus, I've always felt that of all three games, objects look way better in Sims 1 than in either Sims 2 or 3. So crisp and detailed, does it have to do with them not being composed not of polygons but images?
In any case, I love the oldschool feeling it gives; simple because it does not have so many of the additional features added onto each subsequent game. I say this in a good way. Seriously, its a breeze to play this game. (Though I must admit I miss my dynamic-rotation style camera).

Messing around with the downloads that I do have (considering the giant hole left in the wake of 'dead' sites), I made this building, set on the same lot, but a little distance apart from the house of this sim. If you like it, comment on this post, and I'll finish the house to share that as well.
