Wayside Way is a lane of defunct shops converted into studios/apartments and block houses, coupled with the occasional still-running small business here and there. This is the first house that appears on the road, placed at a busy intersection and hub of noise and heavy traffic. It is available for download in this post, and can be seen in more detail over here.

** PLEASE NOTE that I have all Expansion Packs and all SPs excluding Kitchen and Bath, and Teen Style. Items in this house are bound to be from these expansions, so a) download at own risk, b) always always use the Clean Installer to weed out unnecessary content that you don't want clogging up your download folder along with the house file itself.

c) in my game it was designed keeping in mind a graphic artist/ illustrator. Feel free to change accordingly in your game, just be creative and add personal touches and have fun. Always have fun.
